NATURAL BRISTLE FACE BRUSH

Used as a healing practice to exfoliate skin and stimulate the lymphatic system for glowing healthy skin, inside and out. Use brush dry on face, starting at the forehead, moving from the center, out to the sides and down the face, neck (behind the ear) towards the heart. Repeat 2x's. Second step - sweep from side of nose out over the cheek bones and down the face and neck towards heart. Repeat 2x's.
