We will happily provide a store credit or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of delivery should a product not meet your expectations. We are not able to offer refunds. Fragrance samples and discovery sets are not eligible for returns. Please contact us at: info@lifearomatherapy.com to receive additional information if you are not satisfied with a product purchase.

Please be sure to provide your receipt with the exchange/credit request of your purchase. If you cannot provide a receipt, Life Aromatherapy will exchange your product for equal value.

Shipping & Handling in the Continental United States

We normally ship orders within 3 business days of receipt. All orders placed today will download the next business day.

Our standard shipping is USPS and UPS ground service. Orders Shipped USPS and UPS ground will arrive within 3-7 business days.
